Alan Ritchson has capped a "crazy week" by completing production on season 4 of *Reacher*.
A day after police in Brentwood, Tenn. announced that they found the actor's actions in an alleged altercation with a neighbor to be in self-defense, he posted a video on Instagram from a recording studio, saying that he is officially done with the latest installment of the Prime Video series.
"Happy to be back in the booth after such a crazy week," he wrote in the caption. "This is, without a doubt the most gripping season yet. I think we hit our stride."
He then ended with what appears to be a reference to the incident, which involved his motorbike: "Firing on all cylinders… as it were."
On Sunday, TMZ first shared a video that shows Ritchson punching his Nashville-area neighbor, Ronnie Taylor. In a later interview with the outlet, Taylor said that he went outside to ask the *Reacher *star and his kids to stop speeding through the streets on their motorbikes. Taylor contended that Ritchson "kicked the crap out of" him.
After the viral clip and allegations surfaced, Ritchson posted a cryptic message on Instagram, attributing a quote to Napoléon Bonaparte: "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake."

A new video then emerged online, this one seemingly from a bodycam worn by Ritchson. Taylor is seen standing in the middle of the street blocking the actor, causing him to swerve and fall off his bike. When Ritchson approaches Taylor, confronting him about being "out of your f---ing mind," Taylor accuses him of "driving around like a f---ing lunatic." Ritchson returns to his bike, and Taylor once again stands in his path, daring Ritchson to "run me over." As they both refuse to move, they then get into an altercation.
"After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued," Brentwood Police Captain Steve Pepin told ** upon completing the investigation. "Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense. Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges. With the agreement of the District Attorney’s Office, the case is now closed, and no further action will be taken."
