The cast of Stranger Thingsarrived on the red carpet for the premiere of Season 5 Volume 1, with fans speculating that the claims of Millie Bobby Brown filing a harassment lawsuit against David Harbour are a hoax.

In an official video shared by Netflix, Brown and Harbour were all smiles while running into each other at the premiere. Brown even jokingly went to sign her co-star's head with a marker before hugging Harbour. By all accounts, it appears the two Stranger Things stars aren't on bad terms.

According toThe Daily Mail, Brown filed a formal complaint about Harbour before they began filming the fifth and final season of the Netflix series. According to the complaint, there were multiple pages of accusations with an investigation that went on for months.

It was also reported that Brown has a representative on set while filming the fifth season. The complaint reportedly didn't detail any misconduct against Harbour of a sexual nature. Neither Harbour nor Brown has made public comments about the filed complaint.

The video of the two actors appearing smiling and joking with each other has fans believing they are debunking the harassment rumors.

"Okay so the rumors weren’t true! Whew! Had me worried for .02 seconds," commented one fan.

Many others commented in relief that the two actors appeared cheerful with each other, with one saying, "Thank goodness it was just a lie (at least I hope so and it’s not just them being amazing with public appearances)."

"If she had issues with him, why would she be there? This is why you don't trust tabloids!" said another.

Another added, "Looks like those Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour 'beef' rumors were just that, a rumor. The two of them showed up together at the Stranger Things Season 5 premiere looking perfectly fine."

In official videos of the cast on the red carpet, Brown is even seen standing next to Harbour with their arms around each other. Some fans are happy to see the harassment allegations not be true, while others wonder if the two buried the hatchet or if it was an elaborate PR stunt.

Stranger Things Season 5 Volume 1 premieres on Nov. 26 with Volume 2 premiering on Nov. 26. The final episode will premiere on Dec.31 before the New Year.
