Former Disney Channel star Miranda May announced her engagement on March 21

The proposal took place during a romantic getaway in Key West, Florida

May is best known for starring on all seven seasons of Bunk'd

Former Disney star Miranda May is engaged!

The 29-year-old actress — who is best known for her role as Lou on the seven-season-long Disney Channel series Bunk'd — announced her engagement on Instagram on Saturday, March 21.

"Went to Key West a girlfriend and left a fiancé! 💍✨," May captioned a smiling selfie with her fiancé, whose identity is private.

In the first photo, May happily holds up her left hand and flashes her new engagement ring. She offered fans a closer look at the sparkler in a second close-up shot showcasing the emerald-cut center stone set on a pavé diamond band.

The third and final image is a black-and-white photo strip of the newly engaged couple smiling and making silly poses. The proposal appears to have taken place at Southernmost Beach Resort & Guesthouses in Key West, Florida, because the oceanfront escape's logo is on the bottom of the photo strip.

Many of May's former costars congratulated her in the comments section.

"Congratulations Miranda! So happy for you!" wrote Peyton List, who starred alongside May in Bunk'd for the first three seasons before departing as a series regular, and later making a guest star appearance in season 5. She reprised her role as Emma in the Jessie spin-off series.

Bunk'd star Will Buie Jr. commented, "YAYAYAYA," with fellow alum Rico Rodriguez, brother of Raini Rodriguez, writing, "WOOOOOO." Trevor Flanagan-Tordjman added, "Congratulations!!!! 🍾🥳🥳🥳."

"Congratulations, So happy for you! Wishing you both all the happiness!💍👰‍♀️," commented Bunk'd alum Mallory James Mahoney.
