Harry Styles hit the dance floor hard in his latest music video.
On Thursday, May 7, the English pop star shared the sweaty and sensual "Dance No More," the third visual to arrive from his latest album Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.
In the video directed by Colin Solal Cardo, Styles, 32, enters what appears to be a high school gym where he gets down to disco very quickly in little red shorts and tennis shoes.

The One Direction alum can be seen doing nonstop choreography, as a sea of dancers join him as he commands the room, licks a microphone and shows off his moves.
Eventually, the space erupts into a club-like scene, with people crawling on the floor and making out amid the group dance routines.
Styles released his last video for “American Girls” in March, where he channeled his inner action star.
In it, he could be seen speeding around in a convertible and running through landmines.

In March, Styles appeared on the Q with Tom Power podcast, where he opened up about his latest album and explained how he finally learned to let loose.
While the "As It Was" hitmaker always enjoyed dancing, he had a hard time finding the “free version” of himself in a world that's constantly trying to capture content. But a trip to Berlin in 2025 changed everything.
“It's so baked in as part of Berlin culture that everyone deserves to go dancing and be free,” said Styles. “I was in a place where I just felt so safe, in a way, that I don't think I had for a while in terms of really letting go.”

At the time, he recalled "standing in the middle of the dance floor and I had my hands up and I was kind of just breathing and I closed my eyes and I remember the feeling of, ‘Oh, I'm no longer scanning the room to see if anyone's like, filming or anything.'"
"I just felt like, ‘Oh, I'm just on my own right now and I feel so free,'" said Styles.
The "Matilda" performer called the experience “really emotional” and said he was in a “trance state" at the club "feeling tears roll down my face.”
