Mariah Carey is saying "Bye Bye" to her iconic New York City penthouse.
The Grammy winner, 57, has listed her triplex apartment in Tribeca for $27 million. It's the first time the apartment has been on the market since Carey pieced it together after buying several units in the building for $9 million in 1999.
The property spans the top three floors of the building and includes 12,700 square feet of living space as well as 1,100 feet of outdoor terraces. The 360-degree views reach from the Hudson River across Manhattan's iconic skyline, per the listing, which is held by Emily Beare, Lexi Alper, and Caroline Shalloe of Core Real Estate.

Fans will remember the home from Carey's 2002 episode of MTV Cribs, where she showed off the glamorous penthouse as only she could. In the hilarious episode, the singer was in full diva mode — making outfit changes, appearing in a bathtub on camera, and using a stair master machine in high heels.
Carey's massive walk-in closet, featured heavily in the episode, is noticeably missing from photos in the listing, though floor plans show what appears to be the large dressing room.

The expansive spread offers a unique arrangement. "The 16th floor can function independently, while the 17th and 18th floors form a distinct upper duplex crowned by the terrace," per the listing.

In November 2022, the Queen of Christmas opened up the home for a holiday promotion with Booking.com, in which two lucky fans could visit the home and participate in a Christmas-themed photoshoot and cocktail experience.

In May 2023, the "Hero" singer sold her nine-bedroom Atlanta mansion for $4.3 million, after purchasing it for $5.65 million less than two years earlier.
