Maureen McCormick and her Brady Bunchco-star Barry Williams had some serious chemistry while filming the popular television series together.

On the CW docuseries, TV We Love, Williams, who played the role of Greg Brady, spoke about a specific scene that caused a bit of a stir on set.

"I remember the scene, I remember the day," Williams said on the episode, which first aired in late October. "I remember the day [producer Lloyd Schwartz] discovered that there might have been a little bit too much attraction between brother and sister."

"Maureen McCormick is very, very attractive… so I was, you know, gravitated right to her, and it was coming out in our scenes together," he continued. McCormick played Marcia Brady on the series.

Things ended up getting a bit more obvious as cameras rolled, so much so that Williams got a talking-to.

"I'm sitting a little too close, leaning in a little too far. We finished the scene, and it was kind of like steam there. And he was right. It's very hard to hide that chemistry. Lloyd was on the set, and he pulled me aside and said, 'Good scene. I just want you to keep in mind here that she is your sister,'" Williams recalled.

What some Brady Bunch fans may not know is that Williams and McCormick actually dated in real life, though things never got too serious.

"It was sort of like on-again, off-again with Maureen and I throughout the years. There was always a little dance being played that was broken up by hiatus," Williams said on an episode of The Real Brady Bros podcast.

The final episode of The Brady Bunch aired in March 1974. More than a decade later, McCormick married her husband Michael Cummings, and the two have been together ever since. As for Williams, he's been married three times. He married Diane Martin in 1990 but the two split in 1992. In 1999, he married Eila Mary Matt, but they went their separate ways in 2005.

Williams is currently married to Tina Mahina.
