Sarah Jane Ramos is moving forward following the end of her engagement to Dak Prescott.
On Tuesday, March 24, the mom of two shared an Instagram Stories post she snapped alongside a friend while at the gym. In the mirror selfie, Ramos sported a black sweatshirt over forest green leggings and a white workout top. The pair wore matching pursed-lip expressions while posing for the photo.
"Growth in all forms," Ramos wrote in overlaying text, punctuating her words with emojis of a flexed arm and hands in prayer.

Her post comes about two weeks after PEOPLE confirmed that she and the Dallas Cowboys quarterback ended their engagement just five weeks before they were expected to marry in Italy. Ramos and Prescott share two children together, daughters Margaret Jane Rose, 2, and Aurora Rayne, 9 months.
At the time, a representative for Ramos told PEOPLE exclusively that both she and Prescott are "both heartbroken that they’re not getting married." Despite previous reports, the rep added, "There wasn’t any rockiness in the lead up, and there was no big argument or blow up. It was a mutual decision."

"They love their girls, and they’re committed to raising their children together in the most loving and positive way," said Ramos' rep. "It’s still shocking for them since this happened so recently, and they ask for privacy while they sort everything out.”
The wine specialist spoke out about their breakup shortly after the news broke. She commented on an Instagram video featuring Speakeasy talk show co-hosts Emmanuel Acho and LeSean McCoy, who debated the topic of pre-nuptial agreements.
The pair discussed the pros and cons of a prenup in the context of Ramos and Prescott's breakup. They included a screenshot of text alleging, "The rumor is that Dak spent the last few months pushing hard for a rock-solid prenup to protect his new bag, and she flat-out refused to sign it."
However, Ramos was quick to debunk the gossip in a comment on the Instagram Reel, which was posted on Monday, March 9. "This had nothing to do with a prenup. I hope we can put that rumor to rest now," she wrote.
