The New England Patriots star, 32, uploaded a jam-packed post to his Instagram three days after his team suffered a crushing defeat to the Seattle Seahawks in the 2026 Super Bowl, the day before rumors swirled of a split with his girlfriend Cardi B.
"Gratitude and Fear cannot coexist in the same space… a reminder to control what you can control, remain thankful and stay motivated 👑 🎱," he captioned a 20-slide Instagram carousel on Wednesday, Feb. 11.

Among the images featured in the roundup were cryptic quotes and messages, in addition to photos of Diggs at the Super Bowl during pre-game and in action on the field. He also turned off his comments, in contrast to his other posts on the app.
The first slide included a message read, "Luck didn't bring me this far... God did."
"Do not ignore your own self-doubt. That is the old you reminding you how much you have achieved," read another slide, likely a motivational quote shared in reference to the Patriots' 29-13 loss in the Big Game.

Then, Diggs shared a third slide with a cryptic comment: "The best way to appreciate something is to be without it for a while."
In a later slide, the wide receiver uploaded a video of an unidentified child saying, "It ain't all good, but it ain't all bad either. So be thankful."
"Have a hard year," read another image, a quote linked to the late NBA icon Kobe Bryant.
Diggs concluded his 20-slide post with the Patriots motto: "We all we got, we all we need."
Cardi B and Diggs were first linked in October 2024 and confirmed their relationship in June 2025. They supported each other at events; the rapper, 33, attended the football player's games and Diggs even gushed about her in press conferences leading up to the Super Bowl. The pair welcomed their first child together in November 2025.
The day after the Big Game, however, fans noticed that the duo appeared to unfollow each other on Instagram.

Their mutual unfollowing came shortly after the Patriots wide receiver and his team lost the 2026 Super Bowl to the Seahawks, where Cardi B was in attendance to support Bad Bunny during his halftime show.

Cardi B appeared to leave Levi’s Stadium after the halftime show, posting an Instagram Stories video of herself singing to Bad Bunny from inside a car. It is unclear when exactly the pair unfollowed each other.
At the Fanatics Super Bowl Party on Saturday, Feb. 7, an ESPN reporter asked Cardi B if she had an inspiring message for Diggs ahead of the big game, to which she replied, “Good luck” before walking away.
A rep for Cardi B did not immediately return PEOPLE's request for comment.
During the Super Bowl LX Opening Night on Monday, Feb. 2, a reporter asked Diggs if he plans on proposing to the Grammy-winning artist. “It’s on the agenda, maybe, right? Right?” he said in response, jokingly adding, “I gotta get mine first."
