Nikki Glaser, Sombr.Best: Spirit Tunnel Anxiety
Glaser got audiences laughing with a sketch about celebrities being anxious to dance through the Spirit Tunnel on The Jennifer Hudson Show.
"That's when my doctor told me about Hudsacillin," she said. "Hudsacillin is the only medication proven to cure Sprit Tunnel-related symptoms. Hudsacillin works not by taking your anxiety away, but by making you so violently ill that you have no choice but to cancel."
The YouTube comment section was flooded with laughing emojis, while many viewers confessed they would be nervous if scheduled to dance on the show.
"Very brilliant sketches really highlight how crazy Jennifer Hudson's Spirit Tunnels are 😂," one person wrote.
"I knew a Spirit Tunnel sketch was coming 😂," said another.

Best: Sombr: "12 to 12"
Viewers were wowed by Sombr's high-energy dance moves paired with his live vocal skills as he performed "12 to 12."
"Damn. That man can sing & dance & write lyrics like that. Banger! 💥🎤🎶 what a beautiful star! ⭐️," one person commented on YouTube.
"Damn he's the Mick Jagger of a new generation, loving it❤❤❤," another wrote.
"The dancing is just so diva I love this so much," a third said.
Worst: Oval Office Press Conference Cold Open
The Oval Office Press Conference Cold Open was among the most divisive sketches of the episode.
Many people were impressed by James Austin Johnson's portrayal of President Donald Trump as the show poked fun at the President's reaction to a man collapsing in the Oval Office earlier this week.
"James Austin Johnson deserves a Primetime Emmy for his performance as Donald Trump," said one person.
"Great hire with James Johnson, who does Trump. He’s literally the highlight of SNL every week 😂," another commented.
However, other viewers commented underneath a clip of the sketch shared on X that they thought jokes about the man's medical emergency were inappropriate.
"Only SNL is heartless enough to mock a man having a major medical emergency," one X user wrote.
"Not even the live audience thought this was funny," another said.
Worst: Nikki Glaser Stand-Up Monologue
Glaser's over 7-minute monologue included jokes about rape, race and her boyfriend's height.
The live audience chuckled in several parts, while viewers at home took to social media torn about whether the comedian was truly funny.
"Nikki Glaser used to be quietly funny, but she's also a roaster and shock comedian; however, that monologue and first skit feels inappropriate for not just our current landscape but for life in general #SNL," one person wrote on X.
"Rape, trafficking, pedophilia, now incest. Tonight is just gross. #SNL," someone else commented on X.
"I barely watched it after this because Nikki Glaser’s monologue about sex trafficking girls was f------ offensive," another said on X. "On any day, I wouldn’t think it was funny, but especially with the poor victims of Epstein speaking out. People are so f------ tone deaf! I guess I’m the only one."
Among the backlash was also viewers praising Glaser for not shying away from what she wanted to joke about.
"Wow, Nikki definitely did not try to play it safe with her jokes tonight," one person wrote on YouTube. "You could really tell this wasn't quite the right audience for many of the jokes. Kudos to her for not watering down her act for SNL."
"She’s hilarious. Whoever said she bombed is a loser," another chimed in.
Oops: Weekend Update: Pete Davidson Talks About His and Colin Jost’s Staten Island Ferry
Pete Davidson made a surprise return to SNL to joke about the Staten Island Ferry he bought with Colin Jost in 2022.
"So yeah, in case you’re wondering why I had to do a show in Saudi Arabia, we’re losing millions on this ferry,” said Davidson, referring to his appearance at the Riyadh Comedy Festival.
Viewers commented on YouTube that they were glad to see the comedian back on the show, but several thought his joke about Saudi Arabia fell flat.
"I'm glad to see Pete Davidson back on SNL. You've been missed ❤," one person wrote.
"Did he do the dad joke over in Saudi Arabia?" another quizzed.
"I actually liked Pete for many years, but I will never forget that he had taken Saudi money to perform alongside Louis CK," a third said.
"It's happening, the comedians that performed in Saudi Arabia are now comfortable enough to joke about it 😅," someone else chimed in.
SNL will next see Glen Powell as host and Olivia Dean as musical guest on Saturday, Nov. 15.
